The success of the Company will depend upon management’s ability to further develop the technology through the demonstration stage and deliver a commercial process to the market place.   ET’s management team is comprised of high caliber professionals with the talent and experience to drive the process to commercialization.

President – Matthew Johnson is the co-founder of Environmental Technologies as well as co-inventor of the company’s core anaerobic digestion process technology.  As co-founder and President of the Company, Mr. Johnson has been deeply involved in all aspects of its growth, driving the development of its technology from concept to pilot scale as well as designing the integrated clean energy model and strategy.  Previously, Mr. Johnson served as the Business Manager at Dennis J. Johnson and Associates, Incorporated from 2004 to 2006 where he was responsible for the business development, financial, and marketing functions.  In addition to leadership responsibilities at Dennis J. Johnson and Associates, Incorporated, Mr. Johnson concurrently served as the project manager for numerous agricultural, industrial, and municipal projects ranging from $2 million to $20 million.          

Chief Technology Officer – Dennis Johnson, P.E. is the co-founder of Environmental Technologies as well as co-inventor of the company’s core anaerobic digestion process technology.  In his role as Chief Technology Officer, Mr. Johnson is responsible for the company’s technology strategy, engineering, research, and technical project development.  He has over 25 years experience as a project manager and engineer.  Presently, Mr. Johnson is a Principal and Senior Engineer at Wenck Associates where he serves as Principal-in-Charge of the company’s Windom, Minnesota office.  Previously, Mr. Johnson was the founder of Dennis J. Johnson and Associates, Incorporated where he served as President from 1986 to 2006.  Mr. Johnson is a registered professional engineer in Minnesota, Iowa, South Dakota, Nebraska, and Wisconsin.        

Vice-President of Corporate Development – Janet Moldstad, Ph.D. serves as the Glen Taylor Chair for Business and Leadership at Bethany Lutheran College and is currently consulting as VP of Corporate Development for Environmental Technologies.  Previously, Dr. Moldstad held various marketing and management positions at Fingerhut Companies from 1986 to 1995 where she was responsible for development and executing marketing strategies for a $195 million business segment and managed capital investment projects for marketing technology applications totaling $12 million.  Dr. Moldstad also served briefly at the University of Minnesota’s Strategic Management Research Center as a research fellow from 1997-1999 where she participated in an 18-month study on the competitive advantages of knowledge renewal.  Dr. Moldstad holds a Ph.D. in Applied Management from Walden University, an MBA in Strategy and Organization from the University of Minnesota, and a BA in Mathematics from St. Olaf College.
